Experience: 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 + years focused on Life Insurance and/or Annuity products

Good understanding of the Life and Annuity product lifecycle, regulatory environment, and core insurance processes (eg, new business application, policy administration, actuarial modeling)

Requirements Definition: Translate complex Life and Annuity business requirements (including policy mechanics, compliance, underwriting rules, and commission structures) into clear, detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering, QA, and design teams

Agile Leadership: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in all ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensuring the team has a well‑groomed, ready‑to‑execute backlog

Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, writing technical user stories, and running successful sprint cycles
