Responsibilities

  • Manage Quarterly PMAC and PCRR rating processes, including calendar, data quality reviews, and 1LOD/2LOD engagement.
  • Drive strategic enhancements and process simplification across the platform.
  • Lead Production Operational Readiness Governance with strong controls and stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver strategic risk analytics and information management across products.
  • Oversee MCA risk and controls across the Oversight platform.
  • Address regulatory/business queries and deliver high-value portfolio insights.
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor data quality, integrity, and completeness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to drive portfolio risk reporting and EUC tool rationalization.

The Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the End-to-End life cycle management of the Quarterly Portfolio Monitoring and Categorization (PMAC) and Product Credit Risk Rating (PCRR) process in the Retail Risk and Wealth Risk Oversight Platform. The Role is critical to the execution of the RCR policy requirements for the Categorizations and Ratings process ensuing timely and accurate publication of results, capture of SCBRM and GRD attestations and reporting to Enterprise Product Inventory. Additionally, the role is responsible for the oversight and execution of Manual and Automated MCA Controls ensuring alignment with documented control assessment performing Champion / Challenger reviews with Peers.

In this role, you’re expected to :

  • Responsible for managing Quarterly PMAC and PCRR Rating process. Responsibilities include but not limited to Open and Close Calendar, RDM Maintenance, 1LOD and 2LOD engagement on mappings and data quality reviews

  • Drive Strategic enhancements and process Simplification across the Retail Risk and Wealth Risk Oversight Platform aligning production process execution and engagement with organization priorities

  • Lead Production Operational Readiness Governance across the Oversight Platform ensuring strong controls, Stakeholder Communication and Training

  • Deliver strategic risk analytics and information management across products, facilitating robust data quality controls for cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee MCA Risk and Controls across the Oversight platform delivering a strong risk-controlled environment

  • Perform business analysis to address regulatory/business queries and deliver high-value portfolio insights.

  • Conduct data analysis to monitor, track, and guarantee data quality, integrity, and completeness.

  • Manage deliverables for Portfolio Risk Review and drive the rationalization of associated End User Computing (EUC) tools.

  • Partner with clients to address critical needs rapidly and leverage feedback to drive process improvements.

  • Drive policy requirements by coordinating time sensitive quarterly Portfolio and Product approvals from SCBRM and GRDs

  • Assess and mitigate risks in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation and assets, driving strict compliance with laws and policies.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure :

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with Retail Risk and Wealth Risk Oversight System or Global Portfolio Categorization Process

  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
