Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Product Management Intern to join the Product & Integrations team and contribute to SuperApp initiatives, product planning, user journey analysis, and coordination with design and engineering teams.

You will draft PRDs and user stories, perform competitor and market research, participate in sprint planning, and help maintain dashboards and reports while learning the digital product lifecycle in a fast-paced fintech environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Product Interns to join our Product & Integrations team and support the execution of key SuperApp and digital experience initiatives. The role will provide hands-on exposure to product planning, documentation, user journey analysis, competitor research, and coordination with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and flowcharts
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Support in sprint planning and QA coordinationHelp document platform behavior and test cases
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution
• Assist in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Understanding of digital/mobile product lifecycle
• Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, or Figma is a plus
• Curiosity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
