Job summary

SUN PHARMA in Mumbai is seeking a Demand Planning Kinaxis Manager to lead the Kinaxis deployment for formulation and API demand planning. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain – Transformation and is based in Mumbai as an individual contributor.

The ideal candidate will drive the Kinaxis configuration, partner with Demand Planners and IT, and manage risk across the transformation. Strong SAP IBP/Oracle/Kinaxis experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain.
• Experience leading Kinaxis implementation.
• Strong SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and Kinaxis implementation for demand planning.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners, Kinaxis POC, SI, IT for smooth tech transition.
• Identify and mitigate risks in transformation process.
• Align requirements and processes with Demand Planners for Kinaxis rollout.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Inventory, Logistics to optimize demand planning.

Experience Preferred: 7 to 10 years in supply chain

Education: Bachelors, Masters ( preferred )

Brief Role Summary

• Lead design, configuration and Kinaxis implementation process for SUN Formulations and API demand planning.


• Partner with Demand Planners, Kinaxis POC, Sytem Integrators, IT on smooth process and tech transition of entire DP capability.


• Identify and mitigate risks involved in transformation process. Align Business Requirement, process workflows, system configurations, planning cycle and key processes with Demand Planners for Kinaxis roll out.


• Cross functionally collaborate with Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Logistics to optimize demand planning process in Kinaxis.


• Support in adoption of statistical forecasting, scenario planning, DRP to improve baseline metric to target metric.


• Support user adoption by creating training materials, buddy with demand planners on utilization and best practise of Kinaxis.

Desired Competency

• Good understanding of supply chain flow and its key performance metrics.


• Ability to drive change and adoption, excellent communication and stakeholder management.


• Hands-on exposure in managing any key sub-functions like - demand planning, supply planning, inventory and distribution planning.


• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis Rapid Response will be a strong plus.


• Related supply chain experience in any areas of - transformation program, analytics, projects management, modeling, technology implementation.
