Job summary

CloudSEK is hiring a Product Implementation Engineer / Onboarding Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding for XVigil, BeVigil, SVigil. You will configure the platform, drive integrations, deliver training, and build scalable processes to reduce time-to-value for new customers.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering, manage timelines, and develop playbooks to enable self-serve success across a growing customer base.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity: threat intelligence, digital risk protection, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR.
• Hands-on REST API experience; read docs, write sample calls, and debug integrations.
• Strong project management; multitask multiple onboardings.
• Excellent communication translating tech for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with XVigil or similar DRP tools.
• Experience integrating security tools with SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, XSOAR).
• Experience creating technical docs, runbooks, onboarding curricula.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle from post-sales kickoff to go-live for XVigil, BeVigil, SVigil.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map customer asset landscapes, threats, and workflows.
• Configure and customize the CloudSEK platform (alert rules, asset inventory) for use cases.
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking via project plans.
• Guide API integration with SIEM, SOAR, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Troubleshoot integrations and escalate with context to engineering as needed.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions; create playbooks and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering; feed onboarding improvements.

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sharp and customer‑obsessed Product Implementation Engineer / Onboarding Specialist to own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new CloudSEK customers. You will be the critical bridge between our Sales and Engineering teams - ensuring that customers go live quickly, confidently, and with maximum value from day one. You will configure the platform, drive integrations, deliver training, and build scalable onboarding processes that reduce time‑to‑value across our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle - from post‑sales kickoff through to successful go‑live - for XVigil, BeVigil, SVigil.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand each customer’s digital asset landscape, threat exposure, and security workflows.
• Configure and customize the CloudSEK platform (alert rules, keyword monitoring, asset inventory) to match customer use cases.
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking via structured project plans.

Technical Integration & API Enablement

• Guide customers through API integration with their existing security stack - SIEM, SOAR, ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow), and threat intelligence platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, work with internal engineering to resolve product‑side blockers, and elevate with full context.
• Support customers leveraging CloudSEK's pre‑built application integrations to automate threat resolution workflows.

Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver tailored product training sessions (live and async) for SOC analysts, CISOs, and IT administrators.
• Create onboarding playbooks, video walkthroughs, knowledge‑base articles, and FAQ resources to enable self‑serve success.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Act as the voice of the customer internally - relay product feedback, onboarding friction points, and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales Engineers during pre‑sales to set accurate onboarding expectations and scope implementation requirements.
• Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable onboarding methodology as CloudSEK expands its global customer base.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding role - ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts: threat intelligence, digital risk protection, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs - able to read API documentation, write sample calls, and debug integration issues independently.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple customer onboardings simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with the dark/deep web threat intelligence landscape and tools such as XVigil, or similar DRP platforms.
• Experience integrating security tools with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar) or SOAR platforms (Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR).
• Prior experience creating technical documentation, runbooks, or onboarding curricula.
