Job summary

Iflow in Chennai seeks a Product Engineer (ML Engineering) with 8+ years of experience to design and implement advanced AI systems for production environments.

You will develop AI agents, RAG pipelines, memory layers, and autonomous workflows, collaborating with architects and platform teams to operationalize agentic AI capabilities and ensure robust governance and observability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI or related field.
• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, prompts and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
• Experience developing autonomous agents, tool-using agents, planning agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and AI governance practices.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
