Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Lead Engineer (Data AI) in Hyderabad to guide product engineering and shape technical design. You will balance entrepreneurial drive with practical implementation, tackling complex problems in AI, cloud, and automation.

You'll collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to define requirements, develop roadmaps, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with the technology roadmap and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar (Engineering, Math, Physics, IT).
• 2-5 years of proven experience in engineering roles with a focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
• 2-5 years of proven experience of software development and software engineering.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in data structures (e.g., Stack, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs).
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry -- Clinical, Safety, Regulatory.
