The Role: Autonomy & AI-First Development

We are moving past the era of "manual" coding.

At Framsikt, you aren't just writing lines of code; you are orchestrating an AI-driven factory. We expect you to be a power user of the AI-native stack—Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and agentic frameworks.

You won't spend your time on boilerplate. Instead, you will engineer the context, prompts, and architectural guardrails that allow AI agents to generate high-quality, production-ready systems. Your role is to elevate the engineering process itself, shifting focus from "how to type" to "how to design" robust, self-healing systems.

• Build AI-first: Use AI coding agents and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Windsurf as a core part of your development workflow.
• Build for scale: Make strong decisions across architecture, APIs, data, security, performance, and technical debt.
• Engineer the context: Create the documentation, standards, prompts, and guardrails that help AI agents produce reliable, production-ready code.
• Own quality: Drive automated testing, CI/CD, observability, code quality, and production reliability.
• Build with AI: Apply LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model evaluation to build and assess AI-powered product experiences.
• Shape the product: Partner closely with Product and Design, bring technical thinking into discovery, and turn prototypes into production with speed and clarity.

What You’ll Bring

• Education : Any professional technical graduation or masters
• 5+ years of engineering excellence, ideally with C#, SQL, Angular, and TypeScript (Azure is a plus).
• We are technology-agnostic and value strong engineering fundamentals above specific technology experience, as long as you are open to working with the Microsoft technology stack mentioned above.
• Good at problem solving -> abstract statements/ideas, curious soul and ability to learn quickly and agile.
