Franklin Templeton in Mumbai seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager within Global Product Development & Implementation to lead product-driven changes across cross-border funds and liaise with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and other partners.
The role requires 7+ years in asset management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will drive process improvements and contribute to fund launch initiatives.

Global Product Development & Implementation ("PD&I") is a diverse and high‑performing team within Franklin Templeton. The culture is open, collaborative and flexible. We seek to operate a flat structure to foster the sharing of ideas, best practices and development of everyone from those with the least experience all the way to those with higher levels of experience. The team are proponents of being approachable and flexible with allowing time for anyone to ask questions and/or feedback to help one another develop.
PD&I is a global team, with a presence in: London, Edinburgh, Poznan, Hyderabad, Singapore Paris and remote locations. As a result of this geographical diversity, interactions within the team are generally done via video calls which help build a collegiate atmosphere.
Sitting within the Global Client Group ("GCG"), and seen as a core part of Franklin Templeton, the PD&I team is responsible for implementing a wide range of Product‑driven changes across Franklin Templeton’s cross‑border funds. The team works collaboratively with a variety of functions, including investment, legal, marketing, and distribution teams.
There is a requirement to attend the office 3/4 days per week.
Work Shift Timings - 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
