Job summary

Redapto is building the agentic operating platform for the physical world, where teams supervise complex AI-driven operations. You will design calm, precise interfaces that render dense workflows into clear, trustworthy product experiences, with a strong emphasis on traceability, evaluation, and exception-management tools.

You will prototype quickly with users, refine interactions from field feedback, and contribute to a coherent design system supporting high-information, high-stakes software.

Redapto is building the agentic operating platform for the physical world. We help teams in manufacturing, logistics, energy, aerospace, and defense turn fragmented systems and operational knowledge into governed AI workflows that act in production.
