Job summary

GrowthX in Bengaluru is seeking a product designer to design the GrowthX experience end-to-end—from marketing pages to in-product flows—working closely with engineering and content to ship thoughtful experiences.

You will own design for entire product surfaces, collaborating across user research, IA, interaction and visual design, and contribute to a design system that engineers actually use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing consumer or prosumer software.
• Strong portfolio that shows decisions, not just deliverables.
• Fluent in Figma; comfortable shipping front-end where it helps.
• Taste - and the ability to defend or change your mind about it.
