Job summary

MoneyMul is seeking a results-driven Product Delivery Manager to own software projects end-to-end in a hybrid setup, bridging business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will define the product requirements and backlog, own roadmaps, and supervise sprints and releases to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years managing software projects or products.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the SDLC.
  • Proficiency in writing clear Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and User Stories.
  • Expert-level familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication to negotiate scope with clients and explain business logic to developers.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to resolve conflicts within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Backlog Ownership: Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog (Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria) to ensure high-value work is ready.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Ensure development focus aligns with the broader product vision and business goals.
  • User Acceptance: Validate completed features against requirements before handing them over to clients or producing to production.
  • Sprint Execution: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to maintain velocity.
  • Timeline & Resource Management: Track milestones, manage resources, ensure releases meet deadlines.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks; develop mitigation plans.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients regarding progress and budget.

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Product Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our software projects. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the engineering team. You will be responsible for defining the "What" (Product Requirements & Backlog) and managing the "When" (Schedules, Sprints, & Releases). Your goal is to ensure we build the right solutions and deliver them on time, within scope, and with high quality.
