Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in product or delivery management within complex technology environments.

• Deep understanding of IAM and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) with hands-on implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the delivery lifecycle for strategic product portfolios, ensuring quality, scope, and schedule alignment.
• Lead program management across multiple interrelated initiatives, coordinating resources, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Define and enforce release management processes, including version control, distribution, and post-release monitoring.
• Champion IAM best practices across products, integrating secure identity solutions into development and deployment pipelines.
• Embed cybersecurity controls into product architecture, conducting threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits.
• Deploy AI tools for predictive analytics, defect detection, and automated testing to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, security, and operations teams to resolve dependencies and deliver on commitments.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect density, SLA adherence) to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain release documentation, user guides, and operational playbooks to support smooth handovers.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, coaching teams on best practices in delivery, security, and AI adoption.
