Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sterling OMS Product Architect (ISG) with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on Sterling OMS Order Hub and Call Center customizations, with a background in Order Fulfillment as a plus.

You will design and implement customizations for customer enhancements across integrations and screens. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Sterling OMS or related order management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Sterling OMS Order Hub and Call Center Customizations.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable product architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable product architectures using Sterling OMS.
• Customize Call Center Screens to add or modify screens.
• Customize Order Hub Screens to fetch data from OMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Knowledge of Core Java, XML manipulation, JUnit; use of GitHub Copilot.
• Analyze and optimize system performance for better UX and efficiency.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance throughout development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
