Role & responsibilities

• Directly report to the Promoter & Chief Business Officer
• Responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap and strategic vision for SME Loans (LAP) and Unsecured Business Loans (UBL)
• Lead the product lifecycle, market positioning, and business strategy while managing a cross‑functional team

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years proven experience in product and strategy roles within NBFCs, FinTech, or financial services
• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Business Strategy, or related field
• Familiarity with digital lending platforms and technologies is a plus

Sector Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics in SME Lending
• Expertise in operational processes and credit policies specific to SME Loans

Product Management:

• Hands‑on experience in developing and scaling lending products tailored to SME customers
• Proven ability to establish processes, pricing, and credit frameworks for financial products
• Exceptional project management skills with a history of successful product launches

Analytical & Leadership Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and portfolio insights
