What You’ll Do
1. Product Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for product teams
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, success rates, and user experience
2. Metrics Ownership & Monitoring
- Define, track, and monitor key product KPIs (e.g., payment success rates, drop-offs, latency, adoption)
- Build dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time visibility to stakeholders
- Proactively flag anomalies, performance drops, and emerging trends
3. Partner with Product & Engineering
- Work closely with Product Managers to evaluate new features, experiments, and product changes
- Support planning, testing, and post-launch analysis of product initiatives
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and accuracy
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Provide data-backed recommendations for product strategy and prioritization
- Evaluate impact of product changes and suggest next steps
5. Data Modeling & Deep Dives
- Perform deep-dive analyses on funnels, cohorts, and user behavior
- Build scalable SQL queries and data models for repeatable insights
- Identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Data Analyst
- Experience in fintech/payments is a plus, not mandatory
Core Skills
- Strong SQL skills (must-have), ability to work with large datasets independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights
Mindset
- Proactive: doesn’t wait for asks, identifies problems/opportunities independently
- Curious: digs deep into “why” behind the numbers
- Structured thinker: can break down ambiguous problems into measurable components
Good to Have
- Experience working with payment systems (cards, UPI, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of Python/R for data analysis
