Opening for Solution Architect/Technical Lead – RPA (Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism/Uipath)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on Opportunities, Risk and improvements identified.
2. Prepare Solution design documents and conduct client walk through on solution design with client and business partners directly.
3. Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.
4. Work in a team and promote team motivation during challenging phases of the project.
5. Stretch beyond usual work to accomplish feats and build credibility within and outside the team.
6. Understand and interpret non-technical customer requirements into very technical engineering specifications.
7. Provide outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client.
8. Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
9. Own activities from Solution designing, Client walk through on development progress, Risk assessment and communication, Support development team in creating test case documents, Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), Support code deployment in production environment.
10. Manage and lead support team on post-deployment activities.
11. Manage team learning and skills upgrade.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5-7 years hands-on solution architect experience.
2. RPA solution architect: 5 years (Required).
3. At least 4 different client RPA implementations where the contribution is exemplary and significant.
4. Willingness to travel to North America and European countries (50 percent of time).
5. Create and validate the current and future state business processes with business partners.
6. Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities.
7. Efficient in working on RPA tools UI Path (Required), Automation Anywhere (Required), and BluePrism (Preferred).
8. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities.
9. Have a consultative approach to dealing with business requirements, assess and recommend for improvements, standardization, solutions and respective implementation plans.
10. Create code modularization plans to build solutions and integrate modularized code.
11. Identify technical exceptions and propose handling.
12. Suggest connectivity mechanisms for best performance of RPA solution.
13. Conduct tool feasibility to check technical fitment of specific process steps to RPA automation.
14. Call out technical risks and dependencies pertaining to RPA development and deployments and suggest mitigation tactics.
15. Perform code reviews and assist developers in overcoming technical roadblocks.
16. Explore options of addressing technical roadblocks utilizing integration of other technologies and programming languages.
17. Provide business support to delivery teams throughout the entire software implementation process and after.
18. Conduct primary and secondary research and develop strategic analysis.
19. Command over English and ability to articulate the requirements and the RPA value proposition.
20. Excellent time-management and organization skills.
