Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Senior Analyst in India to lead a team handling PR-to-PO conversions and Spot Buy processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and timely delivery.

You will drive process improvements, coach staff, and collaborate with sourcing teams, deploying ERP tools and workflow automation to enhance performance and governance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in procurement operations with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading PR-to-PO and Spot Buy processes.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations of PR-to-PO and Spot Buy processes.
• Process Oversight: Validate complex PRs and approve exceptions.
• Stakeholder Management: Escalation point for requesters and suppliers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare KPI dashboards and identify process gaps.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and digital adoption (Ariba Spot Buy, Coupa workflows).

• Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years in procurement operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP systems and Spot Buy tools.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise daily operations of PR-to-PO and Spot Buy processes.
  • Allocate workload and monitor SLA adherence.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
• Process Oversight:
  • Validate complex PRs and approve exceptions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOX controls.
  • Monitor PO acknowledgment and supplier confirmations.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as escalation point for requesters and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams for Spot Buy negotiations.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare performance dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive automation and digital adoption (Ariba Spot Buy, Coupa workflows).
  • Recommend best practices for efficiency and compliance.
