Job summary

TAPI is seeking a Procurement Ops Specialist to support end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor setup, requisition handling, PO lifecycle, and ERP-based operations. The role emphasizes compliance with TAPI policies and delivering high service quality across sites globally.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in procurement operations or P2P ERP, with strong data accuracy, communication, and ability to manage high volumes while meeting SLAs.

• 2–5 years in procurement operations or P2P ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vendor Master Data (VMD) and ERP setup.
• Handle vendor onboarding, documentation validation, and approvals.
• Process requisitions and ensure correct routing and approvals.
• Manage PO creation, approvals, transmission, and changes.
• Handle supplier confirmations and ensure audit compliance.
• Respond to PO, delivery, and payment queries and escalations.
• Produce operational reports and KPIs; support governance.

Job Description

We are looking for Procurement Ops Specialist to support end-to-end procurement operations across vendor setup, requisition handling, PO lifecycle, and operational support while ensuring compliance with TAPI policies and delivering high service quality - support in all sites on global level.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Master Data (VMD)
• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation validation, and ERP setupTrack approvals and resolve data discrepanciesRequisition Processing
• Validate PRs, manage queues, and ensure correct routingVerify documentation and support requestorsPO Approval & Processing
• Manage PO approval workflow and follow-upsIssue POs, monitor transmission, and resolve errorsOrder Confirmation
• Validate supplier confirmations and follow up on missing onesEnsure proper documentation and audit compliancePO Maintenance
• Process PO changes, cancellations, and closuresEnsure compliance with financial controls and ERP rulesInquiry Management
• Handle supplier and internal queries (POs, deliveries, payments)Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutionReporting & Governance
• Produce operational reports and KPIsSupport governance routines and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, preferred in Business / Supply Chain / Finance2 to 5 years in procurement operations or P2PERP experience (Priority preferred)
