Job summary

Brainbridge International School is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement operations across the institution. You will drive vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, admin, and operations to support smooth school operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, admin, and operations teams.
• Experience in educational institutions or large organizations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
