Job summary

IZIIZI in Bhopal is seeking a Technical Sourcing & Supplier Development Engineer to bridge Engineering, Procurement and Product Development. You will focus on technical sourcing, supplier development, component selection, and cost optimization.

The role requires 2+ years of experience and travel willingness; work from office at Bhopal. You'll collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to drive supplier performance and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aerospace, or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years in technical procurement, sourcing, supplier development or related roles.
• Knowledge of BOMs, electronic and mechanical components, and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel to supplier/manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop OEMs, ODMs, manufacturers, and component suppliers.
• Source electronic, mechanical, UAV, camera, and embedded components.
• Evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, technical capability, lead time, and reliability.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing, MOQ, lead times, and negotiations.
• Support R&D with component selection, BOMs, alternate sourcing, and product development.
• Research new technologies, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
