Job summary

Astreya is a global IT managed services provider, and we are seeking a Procurement Analyst/FP&A professional in Hyderabad to join our finance team. You will analyze financial statements, build models in Excel, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The role requires strong Excel, ERP (NetSuite), and BI tool experience; collaboration with cross-functional teams; and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with financial statements, GAAP, and general accounting principles
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• 1 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required 0-2 years of relevant internship or entry-level experience
• 2 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required 2-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
• 3 Bachelor's degree required; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred 5-8 years of experience with increasing responsibility in corporate finance or FP&A
• 4 MBA or advanced degree preferred; CPA/CMA designation strongly preferred 8+ years of relevant experience, including strategic planning and team leadership
