Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Procure to Pay Operations Associate in Chennai. You will support finance operations by collecting data, analyzing reports, and reconciling invoices to determine financial outcomes. You will manage AP processes end-to-end, including vendor interactions and two/three-way matching, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

The role may involve rotational shifts and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience after graduation, in a dynamic global services environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation (any field) required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Payable is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance Operations to collect operational data and perform analysis.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Ensure vendor compliance, discount capture, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Support end-to-end procurement and accounts payable activities, including PO and non-PO invoices and matching.
