Job summary

Accenture PLC in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced Procure to Pay Operations Associate Manager to drive invoice processing and financial data analysis within the Finance Operations vertical.

You will oversee end-to-end accounts payable activities, reconcile invoices with POs, manage vendor queries, and ensure timely payments, while guiding teams through moderately complex problems.

A graduation and 10–14 years of experience are required, with rotational shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized university.
• 10–14 years of experience in Procure to Pay operations.
• Experience in invoice processing and vendor finance flows.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with Finance Operations to collect data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance, discount capture, and confirm pricing/terms prior to payment.
• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processing including POs, receipts, and two/three-way matching.
• Manage invoicing workflow using automated systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

• Refers to the systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization.
• It involves tasks such as verifying the accuracy of the invoice, matching it with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiating the payment process.
• Automated systems and software are often employed to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of errors. What are we looking for?
