Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking a Process Specialist – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) with 3+ years of experience for the Gurugram location. The role focuses on end-to-end third-party lifecycle, due diligence, ABAC checks, and governance across global compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure audit-ready vendor records and risk-based decisions, driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or related fields.
• Hands-on ABAC and third-party due diligence experience.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end third-party lifecycle activities (onboarding, renewals, updates, offboarding) with compliance
• Perform third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and identify red flags and control gaps
• Conduct ABAC due diligence including sanctions and PEP checks
• Review and maintain vendor documentation to ensure audit readiness
• Monitor ongoing vendor compliance and remediation activities
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business stakeholders for contract compliance
• Prepare compliance dashboards and MIS reports and support process standardization

We are hiring a Process Specialist – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) – 3+ Years for a leading global organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Due Diligence, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Compliance Operations, Risk Assessment, and Global Compliance who can manage end-to-end third-party compliance processes and ensure risk-based, audit-ready vendor governance.

Responsibilities –

• Manage end-to-end third-party lifecycle activities, including vendor onboarding, renewals, updates, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service standards.
• Perform third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and identify compliance risks, red flags, and control gaps, escalating high-risk cases where required.
• Conduct Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence, including sanctions screening, PEP screening, adverse media checks, and conflict-of-interest reviews.
• Review and maintain compliance documentation, certifications, declarations, and vendor records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Monitor ongoing vendor compliance, remediation activities, and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to support contract compliance and resolve compliance-related issues.
• Prepare compliance dashboards, MIS reports, audit documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Requirements –

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Compliance, Compliance Operations, or Vendor Due Diligence.
• Hands-on experience in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), including third-party due diligence, sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse media screening, and integrity risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle management, compliance documentation, risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance, and audit support.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business functions.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CCEP, CRCM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
