Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. in Kharkhoda seeks a Process Optimisation Engineer - AI Driven to build AI/ML solutions that enhance PE processes and automate manufacturing workflows.

You will design real-world AI use cases (predictive, vision, NLP) and partner with stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions while ensuring secure, governed data and scalable model performance. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of relevant experience in process optimisation or AI/ML projects.
• B.E./B.Tech in IT, Mechatronics, Electrical, ECE or Mechanical.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML solutions to improve PE processes and automate work.
• Develop real-world AI use cases (predictive, vision, NLP).
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions with stakeholders.
• Bridge with DE to integrate AI with enterprise systems.
• Build clean, secure, and well-governed data.
• Design and use AI responsibly, ethically, and sustainably.
• Monitor models and improve performance at scale.
• Drive user adoption through training and support.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, and model lifecycle.
• Hands-on exposure to Python / AI tools / ML frameworks.
• Understanding of data handling, APIs, and system integration.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial AI applications (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
