Join us as a "Process Expert" at Barclays. You must follow well‑defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgments based on practice and previous experience. You will also deliver HR Colleague Support services to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third‑party vendors.
To be successful as a "Process Expert", you should have experience with:
- Supplier management operations dealing with business and Barclays suppliers.
- Knowledge and experience with Coupa portal and process unity tool and cost allocation across entities.
- Hands‑on knowledge of cloud‑based applications such as Workday and SAP.
- Working knowledge of case management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Additional Skills
- Implement continuous improvements in processes.
- Work closely with Supplier Managers and finance business partners on cost‑center mapping and invoice management activities.
- Manage and track Purchase Order (PO) values, invoice clearance and approval.

This role will be based out of Chennai; shift timing will be 11:30–22:30 IST based on the requirement.
Purpose of the role
To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third‑party vendors.
Accountabilities
- Deliver and execute HR operational activities aligned with people leaders and colleague journeys, including performance management, rewards, benefits and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration.
- On‑ and off‑boarding of new employees, including orientation, documentation, coordination and exit interviews.
- Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics.
- Provide guidance and support on candidate, colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies, procedures, processes or guidance.
