Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounts Receivable!
In this role we are looking for someone with experience in F&A delivery including Cash posting, Billing generation and who can come up with ideas for improving the process further.

Responsibilities
  • Cash application processing - apply cash and credit notes against invoices ensuring compliance (AML checks) with Client’s cash Policy
  • Work on Open Items: Unidentified Cash, Unapplied Cash, ageing of Cash by retrieving payment remittances from customer websites, e-mails, EDI etc.
  • Process cash receipt batches - payments and deductions for assigned customers
  • Non-AR identification
  • Payment Rejection
  • Cash codification
  • Accesses customer web sites and vendor guides for activity and requirements.
  • Investigates & processes customer claims.
  • Identify and rectify unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
  • Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
  • Run and analyze key AR reports and documents necessary for month end reporting.
  • Research and reduce unidentified/unapplied cash.
  • Perform daily payment reconciliations to the general ledger, lockbox and bank records and other month-end procedures and resolve variances.
  • Correspond with customers and collection teams regarding insufficient remittance information.
  • Recognize, document, and report payor trends/issues and additional cash application KPIs to management

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Good English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Exposure in working on ERPs like SAP, Oracle etc
  • Ability to learn fast and independent functioning to meet the given targets
