Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Controllership

In this role, you will be responsible for all controllership activities of P2P for Global Regions. Your role will be expected to manage the P2P activities & drive process improvements in P2P process and account reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring & keeping a tight control over the daily/monthly dashboard.
  • Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing Emails/taking calls (in English) with them.
  • Resolve & work on escalations from vendors & internal stakeholders.
  • Have end to end Accounts Payable knowledge, including account reconciliations.
  • Resources having knowledge of T&E process will be preferred.
Minimum qualifications.
  • Chartered Accountant, Fresher/experience in P2P, T&E & Account reconciliations with good oral and writing skills (in English)
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and applicable laws
  • Good exposure of MS Office.
  • Reconciliations and reporting
  • Preparation and understanding of final accounts and schedules for corporates.
  • Analytics on Big Data
Preferred qualification
  • Fresher or having experience in P2P, T&E & Account reconciliations. Chartered accountant with good understanding of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Degree/certificate in Data Mining
  • Audit experience of Medium/Big Corporates
