SIBOSL is seeking a data entry professional for loan documentation in Kochi and Coimbatore. Freshers may apply; if selected, you will handle data entry, document preparation and cross-checks to ensure compliance with the loan checklist.

Not exceeding 35 years old, you will also generate reports, analyze data for performance monitoring and support the department as needed. Location-based on-site work in Kerala/ Tamil Nadu region.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensure loan documents set as per checklist for data entry.
• Prepare loan documents accurately for sanctioned facilities.
• Cross-check documents submitted by branches before verification.
• Create reports and analyze data for performance monitoring.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow SOPs.
• Support the Functional/Department Head as needed.
• Handle other operation tasks as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Ensure the set of loan documents as per checklist is available for data entry.
• Flawless preparation of loan documents with regard to facilities sanctioned by entering the relevant data as per supporting documents.
• Cross checking of documents submitted by the branches before submitting the work for verification.
• Creation of reports, analysing, interpreting and presentation of data pertaining to the data entry activities undertaken for performance monitoring and review of operations.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment and follow SOP meticulously.
• Support to Functional/Department Head as and when needed.
• Any other jobs/tasks as may be allotted from time to time in the operation domain as deemed necessary.
