Quince, a fast-growing consumer brand, seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to own large cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and business. You will align scope, priorities, and dependencies with teams in the US and India, driving on-time delivery and measurable impact in a fast-paced, global setting.

This hands-on IC role requires shipping complex programs, strong ownership, technical depth, and clear written communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10-14 years of experience in TPM on product programs shipped to customers.
• Ownership bias; capable of driving ambiguous problems with stakeholders.
• Track record of launching programs end-to-end.
• Engineering background or architecture/design experience.
• Experience coordinating programs across time zones with US/headquarters.
• Strong written communication with senior stakeholders.

THE ROLE

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will own execution for large, cross-functional technical programs at Quince to help us scale and grow in existing geographies or launch new countries. You will work across product, engineering, business, and legal to align on scope, priorities, and dependencies. You will typically work with several engineering teams, product and business counterparts across the globe, and a commercial deadline.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role. You will run several large, cross-functional programs at a time and be accountable for their delivery, on both timeline and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, from scoping through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Work directly with engineering & product leads and architects on technical/business trade‑offs.
• Drive alignment across US and India teams, including product and business leadership in Pacific time.
• Surface risks early and push for decisions when teams are stuck.
• Communicate status, risk, and asks to senior leadership in clear writing.
• Build the execution mechanisms this team needs as it scales.

Qualifications

Required:

• 10-14 years of experience, with the last several as a TPM on product programs that shipped to customers.
• A bias for ownership. You take charge of ambiguous problems without waiting to be assigned, and you hold your ground with senior stakeholders when you believe the call is wrong.
• A record of owning launches end to end.
• Technical depth. An engineering background, or experience shaping architecture and design decisions.
• Experience running programs across time zones with US or headquarters stakeholders.
• Strong written communication with senior stakeholders.

Good to have

• E-commerce, D2C, or marketplace experience
• Exposure to global expansion, localization, or regulatory programs
