    • Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and customers to capture Voice of Customer and translate insights into product capabilities and jobs to be done
    • Ensure all features and initiatives are clearly tied to OKRs and business outcomes, with explicit measures for AI value with quality, latency, cost per outcome, and adoption

  • Responsible AI & Governance
    • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
    • Partner with technology and governance teams to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards, including model risk review, PHI/PII handling, auditability, and regulatory expectations for health care
    • Codify responsible-AI guardrails into the platform itself so teams inherit compliance by default rather than re-solving it per product

    • Work with data scientists and ML/AI engineers on model selection, retrieval and grounding approaches, agentic patterns, evaluation methodology, and inference cost management

    • Actively attract, assess, and hire top product talent using a calibrated bar for excellence
    • Foster a culture of transparency, growth mindset, and continuous learning
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
