Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to define end-to-end architectures for intelligent triage and RCA platforms, and to drive AI-powered workflows across engineering and manufacturing ecosystems.

You will design autonomous RCA workflows with human-in-the-loop governance, build scalable AI capabilities, and lead architecture reviews, API design, and MLOps practices while mentoring teams and aligning AI initiatives with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML and enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG and related tech.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and MLOps/AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for intelligent triage and RCA platforms.

• Architect integrations across data platforms, tools, and AI services.
• Define APIs, microservices, orchestration layers, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and technology selection.
• Mentor teams and establish AI engineering, MLOps, and AgentOps processes.
• Collaborate with executives to align AI investments with business outcomes.

AI Solution Architecture

• Define the end-to-end architecture for intelligent Triage & RCA platforms.
• Architect multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, investigation, and recommendation generation.
• Drive implementation of AI-powered workflows across engineering and manufacturing ecosystems.
• Define scalable architectures for AI orchestration and decision intelligence.

Agentic AI & RCA Systems

• Design autonomous RCA workflows demonstrating LLMs, domain knowledge, telemetry, and engineering data.
• Architect human-in-the-loop decision frameworks for safe AI deployment.
• Define AI evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Build AI capabilities including:
  • Failure Classification
  • Clustering & Similarity Detection
  • Root Cause Reasoning
  • Hypothesis Generation
  • DOE Recommendations
  • Automated Investigation Workflows

Platform & Integration

• Architect integrations across data platforms, engineering tools, manufacturing systems, and AI services.
• Partner with Data Architects to establish scalable foundations for AI applications.
• Define APIs, microservices, orchestration layers, and deployment strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and technology selection.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural governance.
• Establish standard processes for AI engineering, MLOps, and AgentOps.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI investments with business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML and enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI, NVIDIA AI ecosystem, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Proven success delivering enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
