Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced software engineering leader to act as hands-on technical leader in an Agile setting, promoting best practices and guiding architecture discussions.

You will design, develop, and implement modern software components to support strategic objectives while mentoring peers and driving innovation with a focus on responsible AI and security across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering delivering commercial software.
• Ability to lead, influence, and mentor senior engineers.
• 5+ years experience with big data querying and managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP with regulated data handling.
• Hands-on with LLM frameworks and services (OpenAI, Bedrock/SageMaker, HuggingFace, LangChain).
• Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LLM deployment, prompt engineering, fine tuning, and guardrail techniques.
• Strong focus on responsible AI, privacy, and security for production AI systems.

• Deep understanding of- RAG techniques, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with- LLM deployment, prompt engineering, fine tuning, evaluation, and guardrail techniques.
