Job summary

MASTER MIND CONSULTANCY seeks a Lead Software Engineer to design and maintain front and middle office solutions for global markets in Mumbai. You will build applications for pricing, trading workflows, risk and P&L, and collaborate with global teams.

You will drive scalable, high-performance software, ensure reliability, and work with Front Office, Middle Office, and Tech stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and application development skills.
• Good understanding of Global Markets / Capital Markets technology.
• Knowledge of FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Derivatives, Futures & Options or Prime Services.
• Experience with trading, pricing, risk, P&L, trade capture or trade lifecycle management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Front Office, Middle Office and Technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and distributed team environment.
• Strong understanding of software development, application design and engineering best practices.
• Ability to develop scalable, reliable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-trade and post-trade MIS and analytics .
