Job description

Blue Spire Inc. is looking for highly skilled Solution Architects, Principal Software Engineers, and Senior Software Engineers with strong experience in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native development, microservices architecture, messaging platforms, caching technologies, and scalable system design. Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
• Build cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Develop modern responsive user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Implement event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Optimize application performance through caching strategies and scalable data management solutions.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support high-volume transactional systems.
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, CI/CD, automation, observability, and security.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions.
