This is a strategic role, not just a transactional one. We seek a recruiter who can see the bigger picture, understand how different pieces fit together, and apply structured, critical thinking to solve complex hiring challenges. You will partner with Business leaders to build out our growing teams. We need someone with strong technical recruiting experience, that is driven, eager, play to win and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
You will be part of Engineering Hiring team at Uplers. Work with key leaders to identify future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies and collaborate with HR business partners in providing talent insights, market intelligence while driving and delivering outstanding hiring support.
