Role & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy for Equity Financing platform
• Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical mentorship and career development
• Design test automation frameworks for focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy
• Establish quality metrics, testing standards, and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with business, users and development teams to understand business requirements and align testing needs
• Oversee performance testing, including latency analysis and capacity planning
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
• Manage UAT processes with trading teams and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives
• Lead incident reviews and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 13+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
• 7+ years of experience leading QA teams in trading or similar highstakes environments
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, trading systems
• Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
• Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks Microservices / API/ UI automation
• Handson with GitLab, Jenkins/Gitlab CI
• Good to know monitoring tools such as Grafana/Prometheus
