Job summary

Syneos Health in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Certified Vault configuration specialist to manage the Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform, ensuring compliant configurations and timely changes.

You will collaborate with Clinical IT, PM and Product teams, deliver platform enhancements, and stay current with Vault training; a Life Science or CS degree and Veeva certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Documented Veeva certification and experience in working in a GxP environment.
• Problem solving and communication skills to address business problems.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault platform.
• Provide expertise in Veeva Vault configuration as a certified Vault platform administrator and configuration specialist.
• Collaborate across the Clinical IT teams and work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, IT Architects, and Syneos Health Vault Clinical Implementation team.
• Complete Certified Vault Training and stay up to date. This knowledge will be used on a daily basis as part of configuration work and change requests.
• Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Syneos Health Unified Clinical Veeva Vault Platform follows best practices, while evolving to meet business needs.
• Participate in impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes, and ensuring impact understood across all functions.
• Experience in solution delivery with GXP systems.

• The role will understand the current configuration, but also look to best practices for enhancements without impact to other objects or workflows.
• Written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovation and enthusiasm
