Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Talent Management in Hyderabad. This hands-on PM role leads delivery of AI-native products and enterprise outcome agents, from customer discovery through prototype creation and launch, with a focus on practical enterprise value.

• Five+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing enterprise products.
• Ability to translate discovery into working prototypes and launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-native products and enterprise agents from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and outcomes.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and testable concepts for rapid prototyping.
• Build and evolve prototypes using AI-native tooling to speed validation and delivery.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams.
• Ensure products are practical, scalable, and easy for enterprise customers to adopt.

UseprototypesasthenewPRDmotion:movefromcustomerdiscoverytoworkingAIAgentprototypesthatcustomers,FDE'sandengineeringcanreview,test,andrefine.

CollaboratecloselywithFDEsandengineeringtoiterateonprototypes,validatefeasibility,refineuserflows,andpreparesolutionsforlaunch.

Workwithcustomers,FDEsandengineeringintightfeedbackloopstoimproveprototypes,confirmvalue,andshapedeliverableproductcapabilities.

Drivecross-functionalexecutionacrossproduct,engineering,design,datascience,architecture,andgo-to-marketteamstobringvalidatedconceptsintoproduction.
