Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and development of large‑scale AI/LLM platforms. This role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, scalable backend engineering, and production‑grade AI infrastructure. You will drive platform‑level initiatives, own architectural decisions, and deliver highly reliable, high‑performance systems that power enterprise AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in scalable backend and distributed systems architecture
• Deep experience building production AI/ML or LLM platforms
• Strong knowledge of vector search, RAG, embeddings, and semantic retrieval
• Proven experience designing large‑scale, reliable systems
• Strong Python backend expertise (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Experience with cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms or AI infrastructure
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Transformers, etc.)
• Eperience with vLLM, Triton, GPU inference, or model serving systems
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry)
• Strong understanding of event‑driven and microservice architectures
