Microchip is seeking an experienced Technical Documentation Engineer to join its FPGA Technical Publications team. This team develops Technical Documentation, IP Documents, User Guides and other collaterals for FPGA Products used by customers to program Microchip FPGAs.
The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality documentation — including user guides, reference manuals, and application notes — that clearly explain complex workflows for Microchip SOC/FPGA products, including RTL designs, simulations, synthesis, timing analysis, high-speed protocols, and hardware validation. The individual will work closely with engineering teams to translate technical details into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for both novice and advanced users
The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of Technical Publication areas, contribute to process innovations, adopt industry standard documentation practices and work in a fast-paced, agile, multiple-deadline environment.
Manage deliverables and meet tight deadlines while continuously improving documentation processes.
B.Tech/Masters - with Equivalent experience in Technical Publications
