Job summary

Air Liquide India (New Delhi) is seeking a Principal Engineer I to lead and execute mechanical design work within EPC projects. The role reports to the Head of the Department and focuses on delivering quality, on-time design packages, and supporting procurement and site queries in a multi-project environment.

You should have 10–14 years of experience in mechanical engineering for Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining or Petrochemicals, with strong English communication and a track record in detail design

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC or detail design engineering for execution of projects.
• Strong understanding of quality and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned work packages in compliance with project manuals.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Support discipline Lead Engineer to meet project cost targets and schedule.
• Participate in safety, lessons learnt, and vendor document reviews.
• Assist with technical procurement and site queries as required.
