Qualifications

• Experience across the full SDLC with scalable system design.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML solution development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Go.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and modern architecture practices (AWS preferred).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete SDLC from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, to operations
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions, including model development, training, deployment, and operationalization
• Establish modern engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and scalable architecture patterns
• Lead the adoption of DevSecOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release automation
• Ensure high-quality engineering through code reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization
• Build and enhance observability, monitoring, and system reliability practices
• Drive cloud-native development and scalable platform architecture
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business goals
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies
