Baxter India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Sr SDET to join the Software Verification & Validation team at the Bangalore R&D campus. The role focuses on defining and implementing test strategies for WebApp front-end, middleware and back-end components, in collaboration with US-based BardyDx resources.
Candidates should bring 7–12 years of WebApps/PC Apps testing experience, strong CI/CD skills with Azure DevOps, and hands-on expertise in modern automation frameworks.

As a Sr SDET for software, you will be an integral part of the SW development – Verification & Validation team at Bangalore R&D that will play a vital role in strategic NPD activities and in sustaining and continuing software activities for legacy BardyDx products including investigations for customer complaints, project work to address software issues within the products, and product enhancements to meet changes in the competitive marketplace. You will work with cross functional BardyDx resources located in the US. You will work with cross functional BardyDx resources located in the US to implement the test strategies, techniques and processes to ensure that the products & solutions meet Baxter’s quality goals and applicable regulatory requirements. The desired candidate will be energized by the unique challenges and opportunities of a fast-growing medical device organization, resolving sophisticated technical problems, and have a penchant for continuous improvement and engineering excellence. You will need to work collaboratively with the global R&D and cross functions. The role is located in the R&D facility in Bangalore, India.
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
