Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Strategy
  • Design scalable AI infra to support LLMs, deep learning, and computer vision systems.
  • Define technical roadmap for enterprise‑wide machine learning platforms and data pipelines.
  • Align AI initiatives directly with business revenue goals and product strategies.
• Engineering & Execution
  • Lead MLOps implementation ensuring seamless CI/CD automation for ML models.
  • Optimize model performance for low latency, high throughput, and cost‑efficiency.
  • Establish data governance protocols to ensure privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide engineering teams across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru offices.
  • Mentor senior data scientists and machine learning engineers on best coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise
  • 10+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years strictly dedicated to AI/ML production systems.
  • Deep framework knowledge in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Hugging Face.
  • Generative AI mastery including fine‑tuning LLMs, RAG frameworks, and prompt engineering.
  • Cloud platform expertise using AWS (SageMaker), Azure (Azure ML), or GCP (Vertex AI).
  • Production MLOps proficiency with tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow.
• Core Leadership Skills
  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills to manage stakeholders across multiple geographic hubs.
