Genpact Ltd. is seeking an AI-focused Principal Data Scientist to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The role involves steering end-to-end data science projects from data prep to model monitoring, and collaborating with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven value. You will mentor junior data scientists, drive AI innovation, and stay abreast of the latest AI trends while contributing to scalable solutions across global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, CS, or statistics; Master's in DS preferred.
• Experience leading AI projects and mentoring data scientists.
• Strong foundation in statistics, ML, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-driven algorithms and models.
• Manage end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement AI solutions.
