• Focus: Model bringup: getting ML models running on our hardware via the compiler stack.
• Ideal profile: Experienced compiler engineer who also understands ML models (architectures, ops, graph-level optimization, mapping to hardware, numerical accuracy).
• Level: Mid to senior. Again, we prefer senior; juniors only if they are clear slam dunks (e.g. compiler + ML/model experience).
