Main Duties & Scope of the role
The StudyIn University Ambassador Programme (UAP) is a strategiccollaboration model designed to help partner institutions scale recruitment,strengthen brand visibility, and improve conversion and enrolmentoutcomes
The University Ambassador acts as a designated institutional championwithin the StudyIn network. The role is responsible for driving applications,improving conversion ratios, strengthening brand recall, and positioning thepartner university strategically across StudyIn’s direct offices and B2Bnetwork
The Ambassador functions as an embedded extension of the partneruniversity’s International Office, exclusively within the StudyIn ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Representation & BrandPositioning
- Championthe assigned university across StudyIn’s offices and B2B partnernetwork.
- Ensureconsistent institutional messaging and strong brand recall.
- Delivertraining sessions to counsellors and branch teams.
- Representthe university at fairs, exhibitions, marketing events, webinars, andrecruitment campaigns.
2. Student Recruitment & Conversion
- Driveinternational student enrolments across assigned markets.
- Adviseprospective students on programme selection, applications, andadmissions processes.
- Workclosely with counsellors to generate high-quality applications.
- Supportapplication processing and ensure compliance with admissions and visarequirements.
- Maintainagreed turnaround times (TATs) in coordination with the university.
- Developand execute offer-to-enrolment conversion strategies.
- Respondpromptly and professionally to student and partner enquiries.
3. Network Engagement
- Developand execute a network engagement plan.
- Collaboratewith Points of Contact (POCs) across StudyIn offices.
- Identifyand nurture high-performing branches and B2B agents.
- Coordinaterecruitment initiatives across faculties and programmes.
- Workclosely with the University’s Future Students / InternationalRecruitment team.
- Travelextensively across territories for training, recruitment activities, andevents (including peak seasons, weekends, and evenings as required).
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Agreeon recruitment targets and baseline figures with the university andStudyIn leadership
- Trackperformance metrics including applications, offers, conversions, andenrolments.
- Submitmonthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Providemarket intelligence and competitor insights.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinateclosely with the university’s International Recruitment team.
- Supportjoint monitoring of performance plans.
- Ensuresmooth communication between university admissions and StudyIn branches.
- Facilitatewebinars, university visits, and recruitment campaigns.
About the Candidate (including requiredcompetencies)
Education
- Bachelor’sdegree required; Master’s preferred.
- Backgroundin international education, marketing, business, or related fielddesirable.
Experience
- 4-7years in international student recruitment, higher education, or agencymanagement.
- Experienceworking with UK/US/Canada/Australia/Ireland institutions preferred.
- Strongunderstanding of South Asia recruitment markets.

Requirements & Qualification
- Proventrack record in driving applications, conversions, and enrolment targets

- Demonstratedability to train, influence, and motivate network teams to improverecruitment outcomes
- Abilityto manage multiple territories, branches, and stakeholder groupssimultaneously
- Excellentpresentation, communication, and reporting skills
- Soundknowledge of international admissions processes, visa regulations, andrecruitment compliance practices
- Comfortableworking in a lean, fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Experienceusing CRM systems and application management platforms
- Validpassport with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
