Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.

Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Qualifications

3+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles.

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of industry experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC with good domain knowledge of the Telecom Industry and Business Support System.

Mandatory Skills:

• More than 3+ years of total experience working on the Telecom domain on the configuration and release management of Oracle BSS products like BRM/ECE/PDC/OCOMC.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC configuration management tools such as GIT, SVN, etc., and policies.
• Good understanding of Branching, Merging releases, version control, posting releases to various environments including non-production and production environments.
• Good to have experience in the installation of Oracle BRM/ECE/PDC/OCOMC.
• Good to have experience and knowledge of CNE concepts, dockers, Kubernetes, understanding helm chart updates, and knowledge of BRM/ECE CNE. Exposure to one of the configuration and release management tools like SVN, GIT, CVS, etc.
• Exposure to any defect tracking tool like Jira, Redmine, etc.

Desirable Functional/Technical Skills:

• Domain knowledge of Pre-paid, Post-paid Billing areas for Broadband/Wireless Voice/SMS/Data service providers.
• Should have customer-facing skills and should be able to drive workshops with the customer using Oracle tools, technologies, products, and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Willingness to travel.
